- For adoptive families – To get questions answered about the program, adoption specific services, insurance, etc please contact Lora Trevis, LCSW @ 720.777.2587 or lora.trevis@childrenscolorado.org.
- For Linkage to Care (for youth ages 13-25) – Anyone including medical providers, community based organizations and individuals can refer to the youth linkage to care program. Simply email or call Molly Hughes, she can be reached at: 720.355.6195 or molly.hughes@childrenscolorado.org.
